SHIPPING POLICY

At VixiaStore, we strive to offer an efficient and transparent delivery service. By operating under a direct distribution model from authorized international facilities and manufacturers, we drastically reduce logistics costs and pass those savings directly to our customers, offering unbeatable rates.

Below, we detail the conditions, delivery times, and operation of our shipments.

1. SHIPPING ZONES

Currently, at VixiaStore, we focus our commercial activity in Spain. We regularly ship to:

  • Peninsular Spain

  • Balearic Islands

(Note: Unfortunately, due to logistics and customs restrictions of the international operators we work with, we currently do not ship to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, or Melilla. If an order is placed with this destination, we will proceed with its immediate cancellation and refund).

2. SHIPPING COSTS

  • Guaranteed Standard Shipping: Completely FREE for all website orders! We do not require a minimum purchase amount to enjoy free shipping. The price you see on the product is the final price you will pay at checkout.

3. PROCESSING AND DELIVERY TIMES

The total time to receive your order is divided into two phases:

  1. Processing Time (1 to 3 business days): This is the time from when you make the payment until our manufacturer verifies, packs, labels, and hands over the package to the international shipping company. At this point, your tracking number is generated.

  2. Estimated Delivery Time (7 to 15 business days): Once the package leaves the international warehouses, the estimated transport time to Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) is 7 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Please note that during periods of high demand (such as Black Friday, Christmas, or seasonal sales) or due to occasional delays from local transport companies, delivery times could exceptionally be delayed by 3 to 5 additional days.

4. ORDER TRACKING

We want you to know where your purchase is at all times. As soon as the manufacturer ships your package, you will receive an automatic email with a Tracking Number and a link to track the shipment in real-time.

(Note: Tracking information may take between 48 and 72 hours to update in the shipping company's computer system from the moment the code is received).

5. DELIVERIES IN SEPARATE PACKAGES

To offer you the most varied catalog possible, we work with different logistics centers and specialized manufacturers. If you purchase several different items in the same order, it is very likely that your products will be processed in different centers.

In that case, you will receive your items in separate packages and on slightly different days. Don't worry if one part of your order arrives first; the rest will be on its way, and you will have a tracking number for each package.

6. CUSTOMS AND TAXES (VAT)

In accordance with the EU e-commerce VAT regulations in force since July 2021, all our shipments are processed under simplified customs systems where VAT is already included in the final sales price.

As these are shipments to the Peninsula or Balearic Islands with a value under €150, goods enter Spain with taxes already settled at the origin. You will not have to pay any customs surcharges or surprise costs to the delivery person when you receive the package at your address.

7. DELIVERY ADDRESS AND INCIDENTS

It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address is entered correctly and completely at the time of purchase. VixiaStore is not responsible for failed deliveries or returns to origin due to:

  • Incorrect, incomplete, or outdated addresses provided by the customer.

  • Prolonged absence of the recipient at the address after the corresponding delivery attempts by the local delivery company.

In the event that a package is returned to the original warehouses for reasons beyond VixiaStore's control, the customer will be responsible for the logistics costs of the new reshipment if requested.
